A four-month development journey designed to help women strengthen confidence, capability, and leadership impact at the early stages of their career. Through a blend of workshops, coaching, and practical reflection, participants gain the clarity, tools, and support to lead with purpose, while organisations build stronger pipelines of engaged, high-performing talent.
Participants will:

Complete one psychometric test with personalised feedback

Receive two 1:1 coaching sessions for tailored support

Take part in three interactive online workshops

Apply learning to a real workplace challenge through a short organisational project, with reflection and feedback built into coaching and network sessions

Earn a certificate of completion to evidence their achievement

Programme Fees
£2,500 per participant
Discounted rates may be available for charities, students’ unions, and organisations with fewer than 250 employees.
Discounts are also offered for multiple participants from the same organisation.
