Accessibility at Aurea Nova
At Aurea Nova, we’re committed to making our programmes, memberships, and events as accessible and inclusive as possible.
Most of our activities take place online and are designed to work with screen readers and accessibility tools. For in-person events, we aim to use venues that are step-free and accessible wherever we can.
If you need materials in an alternative format (such as large print or screen-reader compatible documents) or require other reasonable adjustments to take part, please let us know when you book, or as early as possible. We ask for at least 7 working days’ notice before an event or programme begins, so we can make the best possible arrangements.
We’ll always do our best to meet accessibility needs. Some adjustments (such as specialist equipment or personal assistance) may require extra planning or costs, and where that’s the case we’ll discuss options with you in advance.
If you have accessibility requirements or feedback on how we can improve, please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
