Workplace Networks
& Development Programmes FAQs

Do you work with organisations?

Yes. We partner with employers who want to build inclusive, high-performing cultures by investing in women’s leadership and progression. Our collaborations range from leadership development programmes to in-house women’s networks, mentoring initiatives, coaching, and consultancy.

What services do you offer?

We work with organisations across three key areas:

  • Leadership Development: Structured programmes, coaching, and team experiences that strengthen confidence, capability, and career progression.

  • Consultancy & Workplace Equity: Practical guidance and resources for start-ups and smaller organisations embedding inclusion from the outset.

  • In-House Women’s Networks: Design and facilitation of networks that connect professional development with genuine community and belonging.

Together, these services provide practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable change for women, and for their workplaces.

What does your Leadership Development offer include?

Our flagship leadership development programme, Elevate, strengthens leadership impact through interactive workshops, reflection, and peer learning.

We also offer Executive Coaching for individual leaders, and Team Diagnostics & Away Days that build trust, connection, and alignment within teams. These services can be tailored to your organisation’s goals, sector, and scale.

Do you design and run workplace women’s networks?

Yes. We design, launch, and facilitate women’s networks that bring together development and community.
Each network is tailored to your organisation’s culture and goals, with sessions such as leadership roundtables, mentoring programmes, and menopause cafés, all aimed at building confidence, connection, and progression.

Do you provide consultancy or equity resources?

Yes. We offer practical consultancy for organisations ready to embed inclusion, from policy reviews and equity diagnostics to bespoke workshops. We also provide resources and online learning opportunities to help employees build confidence, leadership, and inclusion capability.

Can organisations sponsor individual Aurea Nova memberships?

Absolutely, and many of our partners do.

Can we host an Aurea Nova programme in-house?

Yes. All Aurea Nova programmes and networks can be delivered in-house or online. We’ll work with you to adapt the format, content, and structure to meet your organisation’s specific needs.

Are these services only for women?

Our primary focus is women’s leadership and equity, but we also collaborate with mixed-gender teams and allies where relevant. Every initiative is tailored to your organisation’s culture, needs, and goals.

While our network memberships and leadership development programmes are exclusively for women, many of our other services, including 1:1 coaching and organisation-specific events such as workshops, away days, and training sessions are open to all.

What results can we expect?

Our partnerships are designed to deliver measurable impact, and participating organisations typically see:

  • Greater confidence and leadership capability among participants

  • Stronger retention and engagement of high-potential women

  • Improved inclusion and cultural alignment across teams

We provide evaluation and feedback so you can monitor outcomes and track progress over time.
